Measurements - Since the garment will only fit well if I have precise information to work from, please be 100% sure that you are giving me accurate measurements for each and every garment ordered. Thank you.
All of my garments are custom made to order, and I do not offer “off the rack garments” although I may sometimes have a display or sample dress you may be interested in. Gowns and garments shown on my web pages are photographs of garments I have made for my customers and are my personal creations which have already been shipped to customers.
Payments - I do eccept partial payments, but beginning January 1, 2011, your order must be paid in full before shipping back to you!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! So please calculate this into shipping when you have a specific “Due Date” ~ Thanks
Returns: All Custom made garments are non-returnable but I will do alterations, if needed, on my garments only, free of charge and free return shipping to you. They must not have been altered by any other Seamstress, Taylor or Person(s). I do not do alterations, additions, or any construction/sewing on other garments not made by me.
A designer gown: A gown I need to make a pattern for, from a picture, drawings or old photgraphs, there is $150.00 extra charge and I have/reserve all rights to my pattern and design thereafter.
You are welcome to purchase your own fabrics and have them shipped to me or I can purchase them for you adding in the extra cost for reproduction fabrics. If you would like to do your own purchasing of fabric and/or supplies I will then give you a fabric credit or credits for all supplies you have purchased for your gown. If you use the supply list given, I only charge for supplies that you do not purchase, labor and shipping remain the same.

Depending on how many price quotes you ask for, the first quote is free. Thereafter A Price Quote for a garment or gown, designer or from a pattern on my web-site - a complete cost break-down and a supply list, which takes aprox. 2 - 3 hours, I reserve the right to charge a non refundable fee of $35.00 which will be given as a credit toward the purchase price of your gown, when you have ordered your gown. For faster order, confirm your order by returning (copy & paste) the order form in an e-mail and we can get a head start before payment arrives. I can also send an order form via E-mail.
Be Courtious! If you have placed your order, please check the e-mail box of the account you have used for your purchase, at least 2X a week, as there might have been a question or up-date notice to your order. If I don't get an e-mail reply within 7 consecutive days, and you have paid for your order, it will be put on hold and I will start on the next customer's order, until I hear back from you. If you haven't made a payment because we are still in preliminaries, and I don't get an e-mail reply within 7 consecutive days, your order will be canceled. Please remember this when you have a “NEED BY” date. Thanks
My garments are made just like your Granny once did, hand cut, hand styled, sitting down in front of a home sewing machine, hand pressing, individually making this garment just for you, right here in the United States. There is a big difference between my custom made articles of clothing and the cheap, imitation, garments and costumes that are coming from over seas, India, China, or Pakistan, made out of the synthetic costume fabrics, laces and trims. Due to cost, time, labor, and the quality that goes into one of my articles of clothing, I can not compete with the prices of these imported, play-time costumes.
